What a med spa actually is

A medical spa sits between a day spa and a doctor's office. The setting is comfortable and appointment-based, but the treatments are medical: neurotoxins like Botox, dermal fillers, laser hair removal and resurfacing, RF microneedling, chemical peels at prescription strength, body contouring, and increasingly physician-supervised weight-loss programs.
